Terms and Conditions for Financial Consulting Services

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of financial consulting services both online and in person. By hiring our services, you fully accept these terms.

2. Services Offered

We provide corporate financial consulting services that include, but are not limited to:

  • Advisory on business investments (excluding those covered by MIFID II regulations) Financial planning
  • Financial-strategic risk analysis
  • Corporate financial training
  • Financial optimization

3. Reservations and Payments

All service reservations must be made in advance through our official channels. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other method accepted by our platform.

4. Cancellation of Reservations

Cancellations must be communicated at least three (3) business days in advance of the scheduled appointment date. Cancellations outside this timeframe will not be refunded.

5. Billing

If you wish to receive an invoice for our services, you must provide the necessary tax information before the service is performed. The necessary information includes:

• Name or business name

• Tax address

• Tax identification number (NIF/CIF)

6. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by the client during the provision of the service. The data will be retained for 12 months (requesting to delete the data prior to protecciondedatos@nanwel.com)

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide the best possible service, but we are not responsible for any indirect loss or damage arising from the use of our services. (Here you will see the extent of your civil liability, which you can also mention that you have liability insurance for accidents arising from your services)

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modifications will be effective from the moment of their publication on our website.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Spain, and any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
